I'm trying to recover an Adobe Sign document agreement from 3 years ago. The organization that sent it originally requested my 'Review and approve' via email. Unfortunately, the person who sent the document isn't available, and the organization can't locate the file.
I've already checked my Adobe account (which uses the same email address where I redived the agreement), but there's no record of the document.
Questions:
1. How can I retrieve this agreement document?
2. Does Adobe Sign offer backend recovery options for this situation?
3. Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, what was the solution?
Adobe support suggested I ask here for additional help. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the delay in response.
If the document is saved on your account, you can search it via the steps suggested below:
If the file is not available, you should ask the document's sender to check it on their end. If the document is deleted from their end, it is not possible to retrieve it.
You may also check your email account inbox. You might have received the final copy of that agreement when it was signed by all the recipients.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
