adobe Sign - Limit transaction for groups in Admin console

Hello,

 

We have an Adobe Sign license with 1000 transactions.

¿There is a way or method to create 5 groups and limit every group to use only 200 transactions for a total of 1000?

 

We really need something like that, is very important.
