Hi,

Is there any way to set up Adobe sign to accept mulitple signatures from the same person but at different times.  E.g. I have a document that needs signing to say a learner has understood the intial assessment on one day.  But as part of the form they also have to sign a mid point review another day, then when that is done and an end point review on another.  All have to be different dates but on one form.

Thanks

Hey @Paul5EA1 have you ever found a workaround or a way to do that ? I'm digging in the documentation right now for the exact same question.

Just  add the same participant again and again, as many times as you need the person to sign.

For example:

Participant 1 - initial assessment

Participant 1 - mid point

etc.

Will be testing it soon, first preparing the doc in inDesign to get easier sign fields, then refining it in Acrobat Pro to assign those lines to the right person.
