Adobe Sign sends out Signature requested email and mixes names and email

We have this problem when Adobe Sign sends out a email regarding "Signature requested" it mixes names and emails in the bottom part, even if we all have company email and are users within Adobe Sign.

Is there anything we can configure do make it look more professional? Like make all of them to emails, since we sometimes sends documents to email addresses outside the company.
