Hi there
See above error message. This is has been consistently appearing for the last 12 hours every time I try to use the service. I have just signed up to the service so am not very happy about this as my first Sign document experience. I see from the history that other users have had this experience however I can't see any resolution provided other than..."sorry, the service didn't work" or words to that effect.
Can you please urgently assist? I am trying to get an important agreement signed.

I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign in to the forums.
The account is active and seems to be working fine.
Please make sure that the internet is not intermittent.
Did you make any changes to the account recently?
Are you trying to send the document using the desktop application or online?
