Our company has had an Adobe Sign account for some time and it's the web-only new interface. We created a new subscription so another manager can use the same app and features. However when they log in, it's an old interface that looks and acts like Acrobat Pro.
We understand we can accomplish the same tasks, but it's not what we thought we were paying a monthly fee for. A representative alerted me that not all Adobe Sign subscriptions have access to the new interface and that will take a few updates for this to occur. For simplicity and consistency, we would like this to happen sooner than later. The new interface-Adobe Sign is much more user friendly and easy to navigate.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
Please let us know if the Acrobat Pro subscription was purchased under the same Adobe ID used for the previous Adobe Sign account.
Could you please share the screenshot of both accounts so we can provide you with the correct information?
Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello,
The Acrobat Sign subscriptions we have are under 2 different emails/log ins.
However one Adobe Sign log in allows us access to the official Adobe Sign online interface and the other to a completely different interface that is not preferred. We wish both of our subscirptions (that are the same cost) provided us access to the same interfaces.

And yes, we are using the same log in url, but once signed in, we are sent to these completely different pages.
