I previously had an Adobe Sign Trial, which expired. My organisation now has Adobe for Enterprise which I believe includes esignatures. However, when I go to Adobe Sign it still tells me I have a free account, limited to 2 per month. Does the enterprise plan include Adobe Sign, and if so, how can I correct this issue?

Hey!

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

We did check that you have an Adobe Sign enterprise plan. However, your account is in an inactive state.

As this account is created under the organization account, its activity depends on the main account.

I would suggest getting in touch with the admin of the main account to get this checked.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
