Adobe Sign Workflow Unsupported

Hello I had this message pop up recently when creating a workflow and now I can not access it.
"Cannot open this workflow because it is either corrupted or contains features not yet supported.
To edit or customize this workflow, please contact your CSR."
I have since created another workflow compromised of the same documents, so I went to delete the old workflow and I cannot even access it anymore to delete it. Can someone please let me know if they know what is going on and how to resolve it?

Did you ever get around this? I am experiencing the same exact issue. I was wondering if this was a known issue with a fix before I opened a case with Adobe.

I wish I had an answer for you, but no, we never resolved this. We ended up just leaving it and moving on with the new one we created. 

 

I wish you the best of luck trying to solve the issue.
