I have successfully installed the Adobe app to my Dynamic 365 environment. I have question, how do we add and design the template in Dynamic CRM side (place the signature component and any other). I know how to update template while login to Adobe administrative portal and send document to signature. But I’m bit confuse with how we handle with this Dynamic 365?

Thansk, However this in not expline how we desing the templete on MS word or any plathform.
For exmple, I need to format my agrement in word and need to define singnature placeholder on specific palce on the template. How do we hadle that ?

are you asking how to define placeholder tags in a Word document? If so you can use text tags for this, see https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/sign/using/text-tag.html (there's a pdf version of this article at the bottom on that link)

Let me exaplaine what I' m going to do here, I have dynamic 365 integrate wihh Adobe sing. In Dynamic 365 account entity has new word temaple which is a report pull some data fronm account record plus static content.
That word templete we have specific place to place the singaure as well.
Our abjective, when open account record. First we need to puopluate word template with related field and send Adobe sing for signature.
