On Teams my AdobeSigns is unable to sign in - displaying error: my account is associated with a different profile. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out.
If you use the same email address you used to sign in on the community page, the error message shows the correct message.
We have checked that you have an Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan. Also, the account shows as inactive.
Please contact the admin of the account and get this checked.
You may ask the admin to contact the support team via the admin console to get the account checked. Use the steps mentioned in the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html.
