Android App 5.0.3

I have been using the Adobe Sign app on my Samsung Galaxy tab to let clients sign agreements in person using the tablet's large screen and stylus instead of their own small phones. However, the recent updates have messed up the flow. The app keeps crashing or does not do anything when clicking on the signature field. Have not been able to use the tab for the "Host Sign" feature.

Good morning,

My Adobe Sign is on version 5.0.5 already, but the issue still persists.
When I open an agreement in "Host Sign" mode and click on the signature
field, the app does not show me the screen to sign the agreement. Please
see the attached screenshots.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

 

We did try to replicate the behavior. It works fine on our end. Please update the application to the latest version and see if the issue still occurs. If the problem persists, share the current Acrobat Sign and OS version on your Android tablet.

Try reinstalling the application once and rebooting the device.
