[API] Adobe sign - adding form fields through API

Hi,
I try currently to develop "workflow" with API for integration with the client webcon system.
Our main issue is to add form fields on the agreement in one-off steps in webcon workflow.
Scenario:
User - a person which filling the information in the system and has to put form fields on the agreement
Signer 1 and Signer 2 - persons who sign the document after receive it via e-mail.
User have all information in the system about signers(mail, name and surname, phone number, role[signer/aprover]). On step "prepper agreement to sign", user choose Signer 1 and 2. At the end of the step, User should get the option to put form fields on the agreement. User can get it through e-mail or embedded component on site. After placing all fields on the form, signer 1 should get an e-mail with information about awaiting a contract to sign. following all signs we need to download a singed contract to file the database.

In the meantime, we want to check the status of the signing process.

Which endpoints we should call to get a similar path.
