Acrobat PDFs are not really considered "webforms" although they can be filled out in a browser. PDFs can usually be downloaded and filled out without being online.

In regards to your question--why wouldn't you have them fill in their name and company info? You can make them required fields.

Hi, yes they do that.  What i meant was, i'm looking for the returned signed agreement name to update when it is returned, so that all the returned agreements in my account aren't the same name.

Am i explaining that well? I'm new here.  Thank you.

A Web Form is a special version of the Adobe Sign form. It is not a PDF at all.  It's a proprietary format Adobe uses for it's on line Sign service.  Acrobat doesn't actually provide any Adobe Sign ,or Web Form services (despite the branding). It only provides links to the on line services.

So for help on Web Forms, see the Adobe Sign forum.  Post your question here:

Hi Mike Silas,

Hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

It is not possible to make changes once the document is signed. However, if you wish to change the name of the signed document, you may do so manually after it is signed.

For more information on the Web form, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/46Y2czp

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
