I am wondering if I am missing it, but is there an option to bulk download signed PDFs from Adobe Sign?

Thanks for your help!

Hi NCF,

Sorry to inform you that there is no option to download all the signed documents in one go in the Adobe Sign individual account.

However, for an enterprise account, there is an option for bulk downloading.

For that, you need to create a support case. Please refer the steps mentioned below to:

- Login your Adobe Sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

- Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

Hi Adobe, I just worked with technical support (thanks Gautam!) on enabling our bulk download API for our Adobe Sign Enterprise account. A few notes for your review:

1. Most of us did not have Java downloaded on our computer prior to setting up this API. Would be helpful to include that information prior to starting process

2. I was unable to copy paste the Integration Key from Adobe Sign to the Doc Export Tool program. I tried keyboard command, right click and pasting into TextEdit first. Nothing worked, I had to type it all in. I'm on a MacOS Big Sur v11.5.2. It was a funny moment on Microsoft Teams with Gautam but ripe for error.

3. Is it possible to get this feature directly from Adobe Sign accounts? Seems like so much work for a bulk export feature that is easily doable from places like Google Drive and DocuSign. Why isn't the technology there when I select all documents in my manage tab?

4. If we were able to get bulk export from within Adobe Sign, it would also be really helpful to get a share feature to store those files within Google Drive. Similar to how these Adobe Acrobat tools are embedded right in Google Drive - would cut a few extra manual steps on the user side. It's also a bummer that on upgrade to Adobe Sign Enterprise, we lose some of that Google Drive integration and functionality that we would have had in Adobe Sign with advanced e-sign. There is a Google Drive integration marketed with Adobe Sign Enterprise but the only "integration" I have seen is to select a PDF document from my Google Drive documents. Nothing else. Pretty weak integration.

I don't see a question mark icon in the right corner of the page! Is this feature gone now?

6 years later and this is not possible by default. Shameful! Is there anyone working on improving the user experience? I have a company account and not much has improved in that time. Please survey actual end users, because oftentimes, I find it faster to walk paperwork for signatures because it's faster and I get the added benefit of exercise.
