I am new to adobe sign and this has been quite more difficult than I would have liked or was expecting. I'm sending bulk messages using a CSV upload. I've already read through the tutorials on everything and have even spoken to/ had someone virtually man my pc to figure out this error. It does not occur all of the time, but at least half the time I have an error message saying that my "bulk send messges require an email recipient". My field to pull this data is accurate and I also have emails listed as per the sample CSV file. Messing with it today I was able to save a file and upload. When I added more data (did not delete a single thing) it gave me this error message. I was also able to upload a file but after I resized the rows (not changing an data at all) it gave me this error message. This has happened (seemingly at random and far too often) throughout the past couple of weeks of trying to get this set up as needed. Any help is appreciated.

It's happening to me too, even though it looks like everything is fine (I see the list is properly imported)... Can we get some support with this issue? Thank you!

contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Thank you for reaching out.
We see that you are using the Acrobat Sign enterprise plan.
If you get the error message while sending the document via the bulk send feature, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the complete message?
Let us know the step-by-step workflow you use that results in the error message.
You may also contact the Acrobat Sign Entperuse support team via the steps suggested on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html.
Let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hey Laurence28556268mo43,
Thank you for the information.
It seems that either the information is not updated in your last message, or it is removed.
Would you mind sharing the video of the workflow you do? It is fine, even if you have the French version. The workflow will help us to find out the root cause.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

do not reply via email (info is failing to show). go to your forum thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/bulk-send-email-error-message/m-p/1363... and post your replies.
