Hello, is it possible to create an email when sending a document for signature to which you can add additional text? Instead of the auto-send with just the document I'd like to be able to perhaps send the document as a forward through Outlook and be able to add other text to it.

In Acrobat Sign with Enterprise plan, you may customize the email. However, not in the same way as you have asked for.
