Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. By default, Adobe Acrobat Sign can generate an audit report (also called a transaction or audit trail) for every document that is signed. This report shows details such as signer email addresses, IP information, timestamps, and actions taken. For more information, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/47pjFCU
To have the audit report automatically appended to each signed agreement:
Once enabled, every completed agreement will include the audit report as the last page of the signed PDF.
