Can't Access Account Tab

Hello,

Despite being an Adobe Administrator, and making myself the administrator of our Adobe Sign account, I do not have access to the Account Tab and sharing still requires confirmation from the other person. Does anyone have any idea why? I am the System Administrator, Product Administrator, and Product Profile Administrator for the account in question.

You need to add yourself as an Admin on the App itself and maybe also on the Product Profile. Just went through the same thing.
