Can't create new API Application, keep getting "Unhandled Error: ..."

Hello to everyone.
I'm having trouble with creating new api application, for some reason I'm getting error messages like this "Unhandled Error: 160322053400352.ord-prod-app17".

I tried to set different option for Name, Display Name and Domain(tried both, CUSTOMER and PARTNER), but nothing, always this error message.

Maybe I missed something in documentation, but creating API application should be first step as is says in account details under "API Information":
"In order to call the Adobe Document Cloud APIs, you must first create an application."
