Posted this in the Acrobat forum first but was told to post it here, so just copied it over.
I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.
Since I use a template containing text boxes, signature fields and multiple radio options, I use the same template for multiple different products. I previously used the "Pre-fill" option to allow me to change the document's title for each iteration but now that is no longer available. The only way to continue using the template form and fill in the title as required is to add the title in the "Default Value" section of the text box.
I cannot edit the PDF beforehand as the template is set up with a lot of radio options, this takes me a good 30-50 minutes to create. I cannot possibly do this every time I need to send the form. I would probably lose my job for wasting time. The pre-fill option was fine, why did you have to remove it?
Let me know if there is another option, I may not have thought of, that could replace this feature.
Have something to add?
