I have a template that is about 50 pages and I need to delete ONE page from the template. How can i do this? I watched the tutorial on how to edit and delete templates which I understand but Im looking to just delete a single page of a template rather than having to go back and redo the entire thing.
First, right click and select edit on the radio button by A. Where it says "Value", enter A. It most likely defaulted to a number, and I had been assuming you'd renamed the value fields already. Renaming the fields and values is a good habit to be in, because it makes writing formulas and conditions much easier.
Do the same for the button by B, but enter B.
Do what you were doing before, for Document title:
(show) this field when (all) of the following conditions are true:
(custom radio 4) (=) (A

There's no way to do it in Sign that I know of.
If you did some of the initial form work in Acrobat, you can remove the page there and reimport the file, but otherwise I don't know of any shortcuts. Sorry.

I have been on hold with support for an hour and a half.... no joke. Can you help me? Is there a way to add conditions to a radio box? For example if the radio box is "CHECKED" a set of fields pop up. If its not checked they stay hidden?

There is, but you do that in the other fields rather than in the checkbox/radiobutton.
I'm not sure if you're referring to a checkbox or a radio button, as those are different.
This is for a checkbox:
If your field name is CheckBox, you'd do the following on each field you want revealed when it's checked:
Right click on the field, select Edit, click Conditions, select "Show" this field when "Any" of the following condition(s) are true.
In the first box, select CheckBox. In the second box, select Is. In the final box, select Checked.
For a radio button named RadioButton with named options Yes and No, you'd do the following:
Right click on the field, select Edit, click Conditions, select "Show" this field when "Any" of the following condition(s) are true.
In the first box, select RadioButton. In the second box, select Is. In the final box, select Yes (or No, or your relevant value).
You can then use "Copy All" and "Paste" to copy the condition onto other fields.
Hope this helps.

Oh my gosh thank you for your quick response!!!
This is for an I-9 Employement Eligibility Verification.
They either need to pick A or B.. One of the two is required.
If they pick A I need to direct them to a certain list of fields. If they pick B they need to be directed to a different set of fields...
Do you recommend using check boxes or radio? I assumed you had to use radio because they are required to pick one or the other.

No problem.
Yes, a radio button makes more sense if you need either one or the other selected.
If you have options A and B, you'd just select A in that final box (RadioButton, Is, A) for all fields that should be revealed when option A is selected, and select B (RadioButton, Is, B) for the ones that should show when B is selected.
Good luck!

Ah, in that case it would be (RadioButton, =, A) and (RadioButton, =, B), respectively. If you haven't done so, I recommend right clicking on each radio button and setting the values to A, B, etc. It makes the formulas much easier.

Okay so what I want to do is add radioboxes right next to List A and List B. When i add the radiobox it asks how many and i say two... i moved them to be sitting next to list a and list b... i then went to edit and said required. Meaning they have to pick one of the two. Now if they pick A they need to fill the boxes below... So i click on "Document title" under list A and say edit and go to the conditions tab. I want this field to show if they have picked choice A...
(show) this field when (all) of the following conditions are true:
(custom radio 4) ... then i get lost? there is no option for A or B... the only options are =,<,> etc....
Im sorry I just dont understand still.

You are a life saver! Adobe finally called me back and I declined it because you were so helpful. Thank you

I guess my confusion comes because the radio buttons arent technically yes or no... they are "checked or unchecked" when i get to the conditions page I enter (custom radio 4) = and then i get lost because the options are greater than equal too contains etc...

I also have the same problem, but as well as needing to delete a page, I also need to add a new page

Same question. Seems a waste to have to start a template over from scratch if only one page is obsolete. A solution for this issue would be greatly appreciated!

any updates? So far I've found nothing. I have a 42 page doc and I only have to remove one page and I'd hate to have to redo the whole packet!!

I am looking for a solution to this problem too. I have to change 1 page on 5 different documents, each about 50 pages. I do not have the time to go through and redo each packet.

After a few calls with Adobe and my case being elevated THREE times, I was told that there was no way to edit the pages of a template. They suggested combining a PDF and editing the template before putting it into Acrobat Sign, though that does not even remotely help the problem because you still have to go through and add each field in manually any time a single piece of paper changes.
Something I figured out is that you can save each page or a group of pages to a PDF and add it as a template and send the signer multiple fillable/signable PDFs and send it. Still not ideal, though. It would be nice if you had the ability to edit pages in the template.

TLDR: need to delete a page from a FFL template in Adobe Sign
I created a template for a form-field layer (for a contract), which has a lot of participant-specific permissions set. I went to run the FFL template a new contract and was told: "The template has ## pages and exceeds the number of pages remaining in the agreement." ...becaue this contract PDF has three fewer pages than the version used for the FFL template. - I hate to lose all the time and work creating the FFL's participant permissions, but the only way to not repeat seems like deleting pages from the FFL template, which I cannot find an option to do.

Similarly, I edited the same template a few times without realizing that I was adding multiple copies of the attachments. So now the document has dozens of repeated (duplicate) pages (none of which contain form data or fields). But I do not want to lose the HOURS spent creating all the form data by starting over. I just want to delete the duplicated pages.
I have tried to download the pdf various ways, including just the Form pdf, but the fields appear to be lost, and it still doesn't let me delete the pages because it gives an error that it is a signed form and cannot be edited (despite the fact that it is a template, not a completed or signed form).
Is there any way to remove pages from a template while maintaining the form fields exactly where they are on the remaining pages?

Is there a way to remove a single page or pages from a template? Anyone figure this out? It's INSANE that this is not an easy intuitive function. Also super difficult just to copy a template Adobe sign getting an F right now.

Hi joshheine,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
The option to remove a page from the template is unavailable in Acrobat Sign. You will need to change the original document and then update it as a template.
You may only change the form fields in the template in Acrobat Sign.
For more information on the template, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-document-template.html.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Absolutely ridiculous i will have to start a template all over again instead of just deleting a page. Do you know how long it takes to create a template with 100s of fields each with formulas from scratch? I can't import the template on to another document with one less page because then i get an error saying the page numbers need to match. Why is it set up this way. Why can't i just import it anyways. Why do you make this product so difficult to use?

Thank you for reaching out.
In Acrobat Sign, currently, the template can be edited as suggested in the following help document:
If you wish, you may share your suggestion via the following page: https://adobe.ly/3VGZOsW.

Thanks!!
