cancel reminder

receipeint is still receiving reminders on document signed or document cancelled.  How do you cancel the reminder

That would be helpful except when I click on support there is no place to start a ticket.  I clcik support at the bottom, takes me back to support page.  I click contact and when I call and select support, it sends me back to the website where I can't find where to open a ticket.  It's not as simple as you make it sound!

I am having the same issue. I cannot find a way to get to support, its just an endless circle. I also have canceled agreements that are still sending reminders.
