Hi, It took a long time for me to add a document on Adobe sign.. I thus deleted the app from the phone and reinstall. Now I cannot login. There seems to be a network issue running in the background. What happen to the app? See the attached screenshot.

Sorry for the delay in response.
Please try to sign in to your Adobe Sign account using the browser on the device.
Check if you can access the service online.
If yes, try removing the Acrobat Sign application from the device and rebooting it.
Install the application from the Google Play Store on Android and App Store on iOS devices.
Check if you still experience the issue.
