Hi, I have a PDF document I'd like to be digitally signed by others via Adobe Sign. When users receive the document they'are unable to sign it with a digital certificate (they can sign drawing and uploading an image), buy I want that, every user has a digital certificate, can sign with the certificate.
When I prepare the PDF file to be sent by Adobe Sign I cannot see the type Digital Signature in the field options, I only can see Signature, Initials and Signature Block, but not Digital Signature.
Am I missing anything?

As you do not see the digital signature option under the signature field option, it might be disabled in your account settings.
Please use the following steps to check and enable the options:
1. Open the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe credentials.
2. Click on your profile icon at the top left and select Settings.
3. In the settings window, go to E-signing settings and click on

hi i want to digitally sign on adobe theres the signature box hence the greying of the sign yourself option but when i click on the box i still cant sign please help

Could you please confirm if you received this document via Acrobat Sigtn?
Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the window where you filled out the form?
We need to ensure how the document was sent and the form field added for signature. If the digital signature field is not added, that may be the reason you do not get the option.
Share the workflow you use to open and fill out the form.
