Hello.
I have a very peristent problem signing in to the Adobe Sign iOS app. Chatting with Adobe won't help, since the chat gets ended multiple times. Maybe the community can help out.
I have been using the Adobe Sign very much in the past years and was very happy. I could get the right signatures in person on site or sent them through email when needed.
But suddenly a few months ago I couldn't log in anymore. I see a login screen, but after logging in I get redirected to the Adobe Acrobat website. (see screenshot)
So I can't use the app, can't click on any of the links, nothing. I tried signing in again, reinstalling the app, but nothing helps.
Please can somebody help out so I can use the app again?
Hi buurmanfoto and John32564390i6g2,
Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned, when you sign in to the Adobe Sign mobile application, it redirects to the online account.
Please ensure that you sign in manually. Try avoiding saved login credentials.
Also, try reinstalling the application. Remove the application and reboot the device.
Then, do a fresh install of the application.
If the issue still occurs, share the Adobe Sign application and OS version number on your mobile device.

I am having the same issue. It asks for my account username/password, then it asks for password and appears to be for Adobe Sign but after inputting the password, it lands on the adobe homepage and I cannot get a signature in person. I have tried on iPhone and iPad multiple times.
Please help!!

Here is my case number so they can reference it for all the troubleshooting we tried yesterday: ADB-31363102-S8F6
I was working with Mohammed, got cut off in the chat but he called me back and we tried for another 30-45 minutes. He was supposed to email an address for Adobe Sign specific support but I have not received anything else from Adobe since we hung up yesterday afternoon. May try again this afternoon.

Same thing happened to me a while back. I deleted the app and added it back again and it worked.

PS: I even got 3 email about the unfinished chat, with 3 ticketnumbers. I hope the right one gets picked up.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording to reference how you sign into the application.
We will get this checked.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi.
You were right. Login in manually, instead of my saved iOS login details, worked. For now I am logged in. Thanks for the tip.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing difficulties with the Adobe Sign iOS app. It's frustrating when you can't access a service you rely on. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, login issues can be caused by a poor connection.
Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Sign app installed. Outdated versions can sometimes lead to compatibility problems.
Clear Cache and Data: If you can access the settings for the Adobe Sign app on your iOS device, try clearing its cache and data. This can often resolve login issues.
Check Adobe Account: Verify that your Adobe account is in good standing and there are no issues with it, such as a suspended account.
Reset Password: Try resetting your Adobe Sign password. It's possible that a password change may resolve the issue.
Permissions: Ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to access your Adobe Sign account. Go to your iOS settings, find Adobe Sign, and check its permissions.
iOS Updates: Make sure your iOS operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updating your device can resolve compatibility issues with apps.
Contact Adobe Support: If none of the above steps work, you might need to contact Adobe Support. Although you mentioned having issues with their chat, you can also try reaching out to them via email or phone. Explain the issue you're facing and provide the screenshot to help them understand the problem better.
Check for App-Specific Issues: It's possible that there's a specific issue with the app's latest version. Check the App Store reviews to see if others are experiencing similar problems or if there are recent app updates that have caused issues.
Alternative Sign-In Methods: If possible, try signing in through a web browser to see if the issue is specific to the app. This may be a temporary workaround.
Remember to document any error messages you encounter and provide them to Adobe's support team for better assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue more thoroughly and provide guidance specific to your situation.

Hello,
I had same issue, I discovered that opening App Sign, ask you to fill user ID (email) and password, you must to write manually only email address, click empty password box, app landing immediatly on authenticator for "Approve" your login, Adobe Sign App iOS works properly
