Whenever I attempt to send a MegaSign I receive the following error and I am logged out of my account:

If this error persists, please contact support.

I have formatted the files exactly as I was instructed and still receive the error. I have had a support ticket in for almost a month with no resolution. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, do you have a resolution?

Did you log a ticket using the same email address as your AdobeID?
