Cannot Send MegaSign - Error Code: 150105133514950.ord-prod-app4

Whenever I attempt to send a MegaSign I receive the following error and I am logged out of my account:

Sorry, we were not able to process your request.

Please sign in and try again.

If this error persists, please contact support.

Error Code: 150105133514950.ord-prod-app4

I have formatted the files exactly as I was instructed and still receive the error.  I have had a support ticket in for almost a month with no resolution.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, do you have a resolution?

Hi There,

Did you log a ticket using the same email address as your AdobeID?

If so I can use it to look at your case and see what's keeping it.
