Cannot upload attachments

I've signed and completed all other fields on this document, but I'm required to attach two files (.doc and .pdf). The files are within size limits so I do not understand why they are not being uploaded properly.

Are you the originator of the document? Can you upload the documents/attachments before signing?

No, I'm the signer. I know it is not my internet connection because I've tried this on multiple computers. Also the originator of the document has no insight into what's happening.

I am not sure what you are asking to do is possible. Has the originator of had success with other signers adding attachments?

It was a know issue, this issue has been resolved. You will now be able to upload attachments to widget.
