change my main email address

Hello,

I was try to change the main account from email (this email was secound email in the account).

Now I can’t see all other privies documents that I send & sign in the account and cant login !!!

i recieved email that tells me that i can either make :

1. Archive prior agreements

If you wish to immediately use email****  to sign into Adobe Sign, click Archive. This will discard any prior agreements associated with this email address. You may then use this email address to access Adobe Sign going forward.

2. Change email address

If you wish to view and download any prior agreements associated with email ****, click Change Email. This will allow you to associate a new email address with these prior agreements. You can then use email **** to access Adobe Sign going forward.

i choose the secound option and its not let me log in (not with the old email and not with my new) 

I must have my old documents back! I didn’t know that happens when change the email login!

Please can you fix it A.S.A.P for me?
