Chat Customer Service is the WORST!!!

I have entered the chat five different times and I have gotten NO WHERE.  Dropped chats, mis-information and NO solution.  I would love to just talk to someone on the phone that is NOT a bot or VA.  UGGGGHHH

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

Thank you for the reply.  It appears the only option for support is CHAT, which is probably the worst I have ever experienced.  My questions are not difficult, but it appears they are always a dead-end and I just so frustrated that I end the chat.  This person leaves the chat, then another leaves the chat or they ask me about something that is not even relevant.  I mean, this is freaking ADOBE, not a stattup that relies on bots and unqualified VAs.  I need a solid e-sign option to scale my business.  If I cannot rely on this team to provide support, then I guess it's just not the best option.  Thanks again.
