Completing a partially signed document

Let's say I have a document to be signed by five people.  Four people have signed it, but one has disappeared. Is there a way to get Adobe Sign to consider this partially signed document to be complete with just the signatures that it has, or will the document be stuck in the cloud until all signatures are completed?

Depending on the product you have, for example, if you use Sign for Enterprise you could replace that last signer.

But if working with Acrobat Pro, you can download the file but it will remain stuck in the cloud like you said.

Hi D_P_S,

Thank you for reaching out.

If the document is not signed by one of the signers, you may replace the signer. However, it is not possible to remove the signer from the transaction. You may refer to the steps suggested in the following help document to replace the signer: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/replace-signer.html

You may share your suggestion with the team here: https://adobesign.uservoice.com/forums/21617-acrobat-sign-general

Thanks,

Meenakshi
