Where do I lodge a formal complaint? I purchased Adobe for a small team and created Sign templates to automate our processes. My team can however not see any templates that are shared even though the option of who can use is set to "Any user in my organization". I have been waiting in excess of 50 hours and all support correspondence just get referred to other support members who ask the same questions over and over.

We have checked your account and see that you use the Acrobat Pro DC with an enhanced e-sign.
Please ensure that the user is added under the same account trying to access the template. The template you share will be visible only to the user who is part of the account.
