Date automatically populated on Adobe sign on Mac

Hello, 

I am creating a questionnaire and I need my clients who will be answering it online (webform) to be able to answer a few questions which include the date of birth and other dates, but the date field automatically writes the current date when on mac, so, I would like to know how can my clients' answer the dates without automatic input from your system.

Hi EUP,

It seems that you are adding the date field from the "Signer info fields" option while creating the form. The date field auto-populate with the date on which the signer signs the document. 

As you wish to add the field to get the date of birth of the signer, use the text field option under the "Data fields". Please ensure that you select the "Entered value" in the Value type option under the text field properties. Check the screenshot below:
