Delegation is not working, gives an api error

Hi, When trying to delegate the documents to other person within the group, the application is showing an api error and not able to delegate.

Could you please confirm if you get the error after you add the email address in the box or it just appears when you select the delegate the document option? Did you try delegating from the email itself?

Please let us know the Adobe Sign plan you are using.

Hi Meenakshi, 

 

This error is after entering the email address and clicking on the delegate button. I didn't delegate from the email, will try and let you know. I don't know exactly but it should be enterprise plan.
