I have to digitally sign several forms every week but I can only get Adobe to let me Sign when it feels like behaving. I have to try multiple times, over the course of several days, until it finally decides to work. I am able to click on the Signature field and the "Sign with a Digital ID" window opens. I am able to hit continue and view the signature. But when I click on "Sign" nothing happens. It's very inconvenient having to try every day until it decides to work. Sometimes rebooting helps, but not always. I imagine uninstalling and reinstalling is going to be my next step?

As mentioned above, the sign appears but is not applied to the document when you hit the sign button. Please let us know how you receive the document for signature. And how you add the signature to the document.
It would be helpful if you share the screen recording or the screenshots for a better understanding of the workflow.
