After purchasing, I was able to send a test document to myself with included signature fields to sign. I noticed that when I received my test email, it had my personal email address and not my work address. So I changed this at under my profile. Now when I login, I am directed to a different dashboard and the "Send for Signature" does not nothing but produce an animation icon for a few seconds and then comes back to the same options. I have tried IE and Chrome on this computer. I have also ensured that no pop-up blocks are enabled and try accessing my account from another computer. The help videos for esign are totally different looking than the current dashboard I am now presented with.

As per the screenshot, it seems that you are logged in to your Document Cloud account. And if you have referred to help videos of E-Sign service, then can you try logging in directly with this link:
secure.echosign.com/public/login
If you are still not able to login, you can directly message me in inbox with your current email address and the previous one you had with Send for Signature.
