I would like to implement Adobe e-Signatures in our contract workflow. Is there a way to disable "attach PDF to email" when the e-signature process is completed? Our contracts contain sensitive data and should never be emailed. A link to download the completed contract is appropriate in this scenario.

You may select the option No one for "Attach a PDF copy of the signed document in emails sent to" under the account settings in Acrobat Sign.

Unfortunately, I do not see that setting in Account Settings > Signature

In Acrobat Pro you cannot change the setting. Only in Sign for Business or Enterprise.
