Hi, we're using Adobe account from our company to sign in, I'm from the IT team.
My user can't finish and retrieve her documents, because it shows that the recipients haven't sign the documents yet
However, the recipient claimed she already signed the documents
Please advise me is this happened because the error system, or there are any additional steps that we're missing?

Please let us know if it happens with a particular document. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser, or try new incognito window on Chrome.
Let us know how she trying to access the signed document.
