E-signature finished according to AdobeSignature but not shown in the field assigned.

Dear all,

I prepared a document for multiple signatures from different persons. All persons signed, and AdobeSign confirmed the signatures. One of those signatures was confirmed by the system but is not shown within the document/ nor within the field assigned. Is there an opportunity to solve this issue/ to repeat this person's signature?

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the signature added by one of the person is not visible on the document.

Could you please confirm how the signature field was added? Did you assign any particular role for that signer?

Would you mind sharing the document with us via private message? You may share the PDF via the message icon provided at the top right corner of community this page.
