e-signatures has become problematic

For more than 2 years, e-signatures has worked fine. In the last week however, fields cannot be added as easily and multiple fields are added just because there is space on the document. A thin bar of colour is already present in many potential signing areas (why?) and when I am sending out a document to multiple signers, the addition of the second person field adjusts the first persons. What has gone on?

I am having the same issue with adding fields.  We've never had an issue until recently.  When I click the "add form fields" icon, signature fields are added on all lines, rather than initial fields, or text fields.  Not sure how to fix it...anyone have any ideas?

Screenshots attached. Here is what changed just recently:

1. A signature field is loading in the "Bellani Vacations Signature"
space--should not be there
2. Signature fields are loading in spaces where initial fields should be
3. On the last page, a signature field is loading where a text box should be

Clients are reporting that they cannot complete the signature process

I am able to "fix" the problem by using drop and drag for each space, but
I've never had to do that before. It takes a lot of time as well. We used
to be able to just click the icon to fill the fields and they would load
correctly.
