We are having problem using the Echosigh and IE10. We keep getting the below message when trying to access echosigh. Looking at the system requirements IE10 is still supported. I've cleaned out the cashes, cookies and ran all updates but still the same.
"You are trying to access Adobe Document Cloud using an unsupported browser.
We highly recommend you download and install a modern browser ensuring support for new technologies,
increased speed, performance, privacy and security."
Can you please assist.

Try signing out and signing in back again to your account and see if the same message appears again.

We cant get to the sign in screen we get the unsupported browser message as soon as we access the site.

Please try signing in using the following link:

Or try using a different browser and see if you are able to sign in.

I've tested this with the link provided and still the same unsupported browser
The company standard is to use IE10

Hi davidhMKL,
This is in response to the issue, that you received the error "Unsupported browser" when using IE, please follow these steps
1) Click on settings (gear icon on the top right) > Compatibility View Settings > make sure the EchoSign.com is not added there, if added, please remove the site and un-check the box that says "Display sites in compatibility view" and click on close.
2) Click on F12 and when the developer tools open, please select Emulation > Document Mode to 10 and click on the icon on the top left of this section that says "Persist emulation settings disabled" so that it gets enabled (refer the screen shot attached).
Once that is done, please close and reopen Internet explorer and let me know if the site loads.

I've already checked Compatibility View Settings and EchoSign.com isn't listed
In IE10 I cant see Emulation. The screen shot you have ask me to refer to is edge and not IE10 which is what we are using and having the problem with.
