Hi,

This problem started recently.  I am able to view our document widgets in FireFox/Mozilla, however in internet explorer receive a blank grey border screen that only says Powered by Adobe Document Cloud

We are running Internet Explorer 11 Windows 7/64bit Adobe Acrobat Reader DC v2015.010.20060.

Thank you for your help,

Alan

Here is a screenshot when we try and access our echosign form.  Our forms have worked fine for months.  What has changed?  Does anyone monitor these forums?  Is technical support no longer available for echosign?  Thank you.adobe.jpg

Unfortunately, you are a victim of 'greyed out'.

This is a common affliction that has claimed many who seek help in 'the halls of the plagued'.

Adverse effects may include; high blood pressure, rage, violent outbursts, self harm.

It is recommended you cease using adobe products as continued use is detrimental to your health.

Note; Masks will not protect you from 'greyed out'.
