Dear community,

As Adobe Sign user, we want to use the full power of the platform dragging & dropping files directly on the web platforme. Our use case is concerning Microsoft Word format documnet (DOCX). We've a footer in our document who is formated with a "Nexa" font who seems to be unknow by Adobe Sign.

The result is a font replacement when document is automatically converted from DOCX to PDF by Adobe Sign.

Is there a place (configuration) or a way (process) to make our specific font known by Adobe Sign. As information: we already tried the "embed font" option from Office 365 Word application and it doesn't fixe the problem. We don't want to convert DOCX to PDF outside Adobe Sign because we loose the agility of the automatic conversion.

Best regards,

-Jakob
