Environment display problem

Hi, I have a problem with Adobi's environment. For a few weeks now,  my Adobi open with the new environment interface. How can I go back to the classic enviroment knowing that even by changing the HTTP link the system always reverts to the new environment ? In addition, the link allowing the swap is not display anymore.

What can I do ?

In classic environment it's suppose to be :

In my case here what I have (new environment) :
