Error code 400 means probably that you do not have the right to send out something for signature. That happens on Teams and Enterprise accounts, but may also happen with an ill configured cell phone or computer or a blocking proxy or firewall.

What is your subscription (individual, Teams, Enterprise), what is your Os and version, what is your Acrobat version.

Why would we lose the ability to send out for signatures?  I just upgraded to Teams and am now getting the 400 error.

Hi AlexMuirVisuals and missyjo2323,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As mentioned, you get the error when sending the document from signature via the Acrobat Online account. Is that correct?

If so, please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try opening the account using the new incognito window on the browser or an alternate browser to check if you get the same results.

If the issue persists, check if the problem occurs while sending a particular document. If yes, check if the document is locally or on some shared network drive.

Also, confirm if the issue started recently after making changes. It will help us understand the reasons that might cause this issue,

Please share the screen recording, as it will help us investigate the root cause of this behavior further.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi, i'm struggling with the exact same issue - my document fails to send out and this is both from my online account and the app on my Windows desktop. There are a couple of other glitches - on one version (desktop) I can elect one of the recipients as approver and they must add their initials. But on the online version I can only appoint all recipients as signers. So maybe there's a sync issue? And lastly there's a phantom signature box which has appeared for some reason, and which I can't delete - is that the reason it can't send, because the programme thinks it's not complete? Help!
