Can send document via Adobe , error only in Salesforce
I had the same problem with Acrobat Sign errors in Salesforce. In my case, re-authenticating the connected app and ensuring the callback URL matched exactly resolved it. Hope this helps someone!

I recommend checking the API version and making sure all related permissions are correctly set up in Salesforce. Sometimes minor mismatches cause big problems.

Based on the error messages you provided, it seems that there are issues with the Adobe Sign integration in Salesforce. Let's break down the errors and their potential causes:
This error indicates that the authorization between Salesforce and Adobe Sign is not valid or has expired. To resolve this, you should reauthorize the Adobe Sign application in Salesforce. Follow these steps:
a. Go to the Adobe Sign Admin page. b. Find the integration with Salesforce and remove the existing authorization. c. Reauthorize the integration with the correct Adobe account. d. Double-check the settings and ensure that the integration is properly set up. e. Contact your Salesforce Administrator if you encounter any issues during the reauthorization process.
This error indicates that there might be an issue with the user authentication while accessing the Adobe Sign API from Salesforce. The x-api-user header contains the user ID or email information for authentication purposes.
To fix this error, follow these steps:
a. Ensure that the user ID or email provided in the x-api-user header is correct and corresponds to an active user in the linked Adobe account. b. Verify that the user has the necessary permissions to access the Adobe Sign API. c. Check if there are any additional settings or configurations required in Salesforce to pass the correct user information in the API call. d. Double-check the API integration settings in Salesforce and ensure they match the documentation provided by Adobe Sign.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Adobe Sign's support team or your Salesforce Administrator for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps based on your Salesforce and Adobe Sign configurations.

We had similar errors when user permissions weren't set up correctly in Salesforce. Make sure the Adobe Sign users have the required API access and object permissions, especially for custom objects
