File Attachment Field Type (under "More Fields") missing

When attempting to add fields to a document or template, for some reason I do not have the options available under the "More Fields" section of the right menu.  Help shows it here:

But it's not available at all for me online or via Acrobat DC Adobe Sign:

Can anyone help me access this option?  Thanks for the help.
