I sent out an agreement but forgot to click "Delegate to signer " for one of the approver groups. Do I have to cancel the agreement to fix that?

@edith_4497 No, you likely do not need to cancel the entire agreement to fix the missing "Delegate to signer" setting for an approver group in Adobe Sign. You should be able to modify the agreement in flight. Navigate to your "Manage" tab in Adobe Sign, locate the agreement, and select it. You should see options to "Modify Agreement" or similar. Within the modification options, you should be able to adjust the recipient settings for the specific approver group you missed. Look for the recipient list and the options associated with that group; you should be able to enable the "Delegate to signer" functionality there. Save the changes, and the agreement workflow will update accordingly, allowing the designated approvers in that group to delegate their approval if needed. This avoids the need to cancel and resend the entire document.
