We have come across an issue with the message notes in the Adobe Sign forms. When we cancel a form in Adobe Sign and we enter the notes for the cancellation, the student does not see the notes we enter. The message that appears in Adobe Sign is the automated message about filing and signing the assigned fields and to contact us if there are any questions. It becomes an issue because the students never see the notes.

Hi Soltan Soltanli,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you cancel the document, please mark the box for "Notify Recipients" before you click on the Cancel Agreement button. Please check the screenshot below:

The recipients will receive the note added in the email notification. Check the screenshot of the notification email below. The message is highlighted in the screenshot.

If you wish to add a note for yourself, please open the canceled agreement and select the option to Add a note from the right-hand pane.

Let us know if you have any questions or experience any issues.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
