Form field template: drop down option selection applies to all documents

Using a form field template with drop-down option for Sender (prefill). Any selected option applies to all downloaded documents. I need to be able to select different options for different documents e.g. option1 to document 1, option 3 to doc 2 ..etc.

How to do this?

I answered your response but haven't heard back. Perhaps I wasn't clear: the drop down names for each option are different. I would have thought they would have to be. Is this what you were asking?

I need the Sender to be able to select a different (if needed) option (GL code) for each document (invoice) in the bundle.

Is this possible?

I'm assuming you are using the same template library document more than once in one agreement? in that case all your fields are duplicated across all pages, with the end result that all fields wil lhave duplicate values including your drop down field.

If you need unique values for each instance of the template doc, then you need to preview the agreement before prefill and provide unique field names for each dropdown field.

Or have multiple similar yet unique templates.
