Hi,
When I'm trying to use the sign in person function on the acrobat sign app, once I have added the form, and email address and clicked "sign" the following error message appears on the loaded screen.
The page you are trying to access is not valid.
Can anyone help figure this one out as I'm stumped

We're experiencing the exact same issue with the Adobe Acrobat Sign app as of 15th November 2023 and have been unable to complete any customer contracts since 14th November 2023 as a result. I've attached a screen recording.
We spent nearly all of yesterday in communication with various Adobe support agents to no avail - we've ultimately been advised 'we have very limited support for the sign mobile application, I would request you to check our community forums, for the issue'.
Nothing was changed on any of our devices (it's not working on various models of iPad, android tablet, or iPhone) between the 14th and 15th November, so there's no obvious cause or conflict causing the issue. Our operating systems are all up to date. The Adobe Acrobat Sign app is up to date. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat Sign app numerous times. We've signed in and out numerous times. Nothing works. We're not able to use the browser as a temporary workaround (until whatever's wrong gets fixed) because we can't seem to get it to allow us to let the customer sign in person. It's a nightmare.
We'll be spending today looking at alternative providers as we can't afford not to be able to complete customer contracts. If you happen to find a solution in the interim, we'd be really grateful if you shared.

Please let us know if the issue still occurs when using the Acrobat Signm mobile application. Share the screenshot of the error message and the screen recording of the workflow used.
